About The Pool

The Bovey Tracey Swimming Pool Association is a Registered Charity run by a dedicated group of volunteers.

The Pool is a 25 x 9.1 metre "open-air" heated pool. There is also a 3 x 3 metre Toddler Pool which is maintained at a constant 28 degrees Celsius.

We are able to provide a disabled chair hoist on request to assist entry and exit from the pool.  The maximum weight limit for the hoist is 145kg.  Lifeguards have the right to refuse usage of the hoist should they deem it to be unsafe for our customers.

We are grateful for anyone who uses our pool - the money goes to keep our facility open. Ticket sales are our biggest income in the year. Choosing Gift Aid when you come to the pool provides a tremendous benefit to the pool, and we'd ask all our taxpaying users to help us in this way.

But we also need to fundraise to ensure our survival. Any size donation is most welcome.
