We are a charity-run swimming pool that operates for the benefit of the local community. We are used by individuals, families, schools, clubs, and other organisations for recreation, swimming lessons, health, and fitness. Our biggest income comes from ticket sales. However in order to make our pool accessible to as many people as possible, we also need to fundraise to ensure our survival.  

With the cost of energy rising leading to an unprecedented increase in our running costs, donations are needed more than ever. To safeguard the future of our pool, we will be needing to radically change our heating system to ensure we don’t have to close our doors for a final time. We are envisaging the cost will be around the £75,000 to £100,000 mark. Whilst there are grants we will be looking at accessing to help with these costs, most will require our own fundraising efforts. Any donation regardless of size is most welcome.

We process online donations through a partner website called Wonderful. Unlike other services they don’t charge any processing fees, so all of your donation goes straight to us. Where eligible please also add Gift Aid to your donation, which means we will receive an extra 25% at no cost to you.
